How to make
Jeyuk Bokkeum Noodles

Jeyuk Bokkeum is one of my favourite Korean dishes, Its warm and spicy and the pork belly is delicious. So in true Korean style I have made a noodle dish as well! Great for lunch or when you are only cooking for 1 or 2.

Make the spicy pork belly in the same way as you would for Jeyuk Bokkeum, add some vegetables like carrot or courgette if you want. You don't need to marinate if you haven't got time, in a saucepan boil some noodles about a handful for each person.

Once these are boiled, drain in a colander and rinse with cold water. One the pork has finished frying take out of the pan and give the noodles a quick fry in the sauce. Put the noodles on a plate to serve and add some Jeyuk Bokkeum on top. When eating mix well and enjoy!
